How many times have you asked God “why” in your life? I have asked and I have called out to God “WHY!” many times in my life and have not received a direct and clear answer. This is normal. Calling out “WHY” is common for Christians and non-Christians, even knowing I would not hear His audible voice. I searched for answers through His Word, through prayer and through others. If my “WHY” wasn’t immediately answered by God, my search eventually provided comfort through these sources. Also during times of trial God’s will for your life can manifest, as long as you pray about it and remain faith filled. His will for your life can be found in Sacred Scripture, prayer and Evangelists/Ministers who preach the Word of God. Doubt and questions about God arise during very long and difficult trials or after tragedy hits a person’s life. One of the most prevalent misconceptions is that God allows suffering in our lives to punish us. Every single one of our prayers is answered immediately by God; however, the answer to that prayer, if in the affirmative, may take some time to manifest in our lives. This is because God works through people to accomplish the answers to prayers, and often time, certain people may not cooperate, due to their moral conflicts, temptation or interference from Satan, or simply fallen human nature. God has answered the prayer; it’s just that there may be temporal lag in experiencing the answer. Even though God allows suffering our loving God does not desire to see us suffer. So don’t despair, persist in prayer and know that God wants you to be healed, sometimes spiritual healing comes before the physical healing. Keep doing the work so God can manifest His powers onto your life.
